Bots can be used to conduct surveys, collect user feedback, and create self-serve guides.
Here’s how to set up the Bots.
Let’s get started
Step 1 – Log in to the Eyelet #
Log in to your eyelet app
Click on the Bots on the left side of the screen
Step 2 – Create a BOT #
Now You will see the Bots screen
Click on the New BOT button to create a new BOT
It will take you to a new screen.
Step 3 – Add a card #
Now you can add a card here.
You can hold and drag the button in the bottom right corner to add a card
Step 4 – Edit the card #
Now click on the card to edit it
You can Give it a title & description
You can also add Video, Gif/Image
How to add an Action? #
When you add actions
You can Add custom variables in the BOT as well.
You can use Variables in a card to recall any answer from the previous card.
Click on this little button in the description.
A new pop-up will open
Step 5 – Add actions #
You can also add actions to your card.
Click on the add new action to choose from set of actions.
Step 6 – Link cards #
Once you are done creating a card and its actions.
Now let’s link it to other cards and actions
Create another card by dragging the button in the bottom right corner
Now add the card details
Step 7 – Connect a response #
You can connect a specific response to a new card
Click and drag the highlighted sphere and take it to the destination card
It is up to your choice and how you set it up.
Step 8 – Test the BOT #
Once you are done with all the cards on BOT
Click on the test button
Once you are done testing
Click on the Finish button
Give it a name and save it
